Love working for a company that is financially sound, and that is so involved with the communities it operates. Management seems to want to help and do what is best for the customer within reason and capabilities.

Cons

It is a conservative bank, which sometimes limits the options for customers.

It is a big company with big company policies and procedures. That's not a bad thing, just different than a small company.

Comparable pay and benefits to peers. Community-minded company. Management team is easy to work with and listens to employee concerns.

Cons

Adverse to change. Can take time and effort to get changes adopted across the footprint.
