      ACT for the Win!

      Pros

      BOKF is a strong regional bank with a great corporate culture for being in the "traditional" banking industry. The bank has a great leadership team who is committed to their clients, growth, talent development, and serving the local communities. The chairman is a large philanthropist who focuses much of his time and money on the local communities. If pursuing a career on the banking side, I would highly highly recommend the ACT program, which offers excellent training, professional development, and exposure to many senior leaders and executives. Overall, BOKF is a great place to work with a perfect blend between the feel of family-style community banks and the hard and fast nature of the money-center banks. If you are professional, competent, and hardworking, you will fit right in!

      Very professional and caring, having just completed my first 3 months, I feel like I'm part of the family.

      Cons

      Haven't really experienced any downside yet, maybe replace the old carpet. ;)

      Great place to work!

      Pros

      Fantastic organization to grow with and learn a variety of skills. The culture is one of collaboration and hard work. The leadership really cares about the employees and spends considerable time and resources developing those who perform. Not to mention the benefits are outstanding (healthcare, vacation, 401k match are all best in class).

      Cons

      As with any organization, it can be challenging to understand the culture prior to joining (and even during the first few months). After committing to the organization, I was able to grasp and leverage the amazing culture to my advantage.
