I liked the BOK environment and training. I did like that there were always additional ways to make money off of partner referrals.

Cons

Management at my particular location was not good. Was without a manager for a few months. The district management was terrible, too hard on their employees at times.

Great employee functions that include your family. Cares about the community.

Cons

Higher job titles come in with an automatic 3 weeks of vacation. Lower lower job titles has to have so many years of service to get 3 weeks of vacation.
