Pros

Competitive pay . Bi-lingual difference pay . Great 401k plan. Small bank feel , same customers visit . Vacation , and personal time offered.

Cons

Management should stay until closing time . Products are not for every customer . They only want High value clientele . Short staff , only 5 employees to a branch.

Company spends a lot of money to bring experts for management training, but executives do not follow concepts that are taught. Do not expect fair dealing.
