      Pros

      BOKF has good employee benefits and theres really not much bad to say about what they have to offer. They do have a health incentive that you have to meet the requirements for the receive help with insurance.

      Cons

      There aren't a ton of cons. BOKF's benefits package really is pretty standard and a lot is offered for employees that are full time.

      Good benefits, opportunity for growth since they do hire and promote internally when possible. Most people are generally friendly and nice

      Cons

      Under paid and over worked. Politics get in the way of allowing employees to do their job. High turnover across the bank.
