Pros

Benefits are good (insurance, 401(K), time off) and there are several opportunities to volunteer in the community. Pay is decent, but not as good as most of its competitors. Coworkers are generally friendly. Dress code is laid back and casual.

Cons

BTC location is pretty terrible. It's a sea of grey cubicles with no natural light. No privacy and break rooms are dingy.

I liked the BOK environment and training. I did like that there were always additional ways to make money off of partner referrals.

Cons

Management at my particular location was not good. Was without a manager for a few months. The district management was terrible, too hard on their employees at times.
