Pros

I truly enjoyed working for BOK. Great corporate culture with many team events that you'd actually enjoy attending. We always had fun, no drama or gossip, great teamwork, not inundated with an insane workload. I felt as though management really cared about work/life balance. They treated their clients and employees well.

Cons

Endless training that wasn't always helpful.
