Pros

Stable company with a good outlook. Compensation and bonuses are pretty good for most departments and markets, but not all.

Cons

Working for Treasury Services was the worst experience I have ever had in my career. The amount of pressure and stress I had to endure on a regular basis far surpassed anything I've ever encountered compared to other fast paced work environments. Everything you do is constantly tracked under a microscope, and your performance is measured by a scorecard with unfair expectations when you're overworked. Escalations to other departments were sometimes dismissed or met with pushback, probably due to similar staffing issues.

Folks are generally good about not taking work home, and Mgmt all seem like they care about their staff. Salary and benefits are slightly above average.

Cons

Located downtown so commute is awful.
