      I really don't have any at the moment. I wish I did. I would be lying if I said anything positive.

      Cons

      Below par management , employee morale is at an all time low. Very sad to see that. Negative , hostile, volitle , enviorment that I wanted no part of.

      Pros

      Large, stable organization. If you do your job you will continue to have one. If you can actually get away from work you get three weeks vacation.

      Cons

      Slow growth. Poor, usually nonexistent bonuses. Poor work life balance. Lots of political games. Stagnant wages. Health benefits are lacking but tolerable. holidays are according to federal schedule. If holiday falls on day the bank is already closed then good for the bank, one less paid holiday.

      Work life balance Processes in place Nice break room

      Cons

      We worked remotely for 15 months successfully. My department especially thrived in the remote environment. They forced every employee back into the office without any explanation other than "don't you miss seeing people"? No. I miss the money and time I saved working remotely. Childcare, gas, food, clothes. Does uppermanagement care that they gave us a paycut forcing us back? No they don't.
