Cons

Corporate environment, old school processes. Not a lot of diversity in executive leadership. People get promoted based on time at the company, not qualifications to lead. They can't retain talent so there's a lot of turnover in high-demand disciplines.

Great Culture, Great Opportunity, Mid Pay

Lots of opportunity to work on projects and get face time with executives and management. Not expected to work crazy hours, great 401k plan.

Cons

Pay is sub standard, the industry average needs to be taken into account as well as inflation
