      Pros

      Great work-life balance here, BOOST is a remote company (always has been, not a COVID thing) with great leadership whom are super flexible and understanding.

      Cons

      We do consulting work for small businesses in the GovCon space so it's often all-hands on deck, pitching in and rolling up your sleeves which can get tiresome.
