      The BOOST management team is very customer focused but never forget that their greatest asset is their consultants. They expect you to work hard for your client but are equally committed to ensuring that you have a positive experience and are able to learn and grow professionally.

      Pros

      I have worked with BOOST LLC as both a consultant and as a full-time employee and have really enjoyed this company in both capacities. The company management team is tremendous and caring. As a primarily telework environment, and clients across the country, working hours can be very flexible providing ample opportunities.

      Missing vision plan on benefits.

      The leadership team takes great pride in their employees and consultants. They are always looking for ways to make the staff's experience the best they can and are always recognizing the team's efforts.
