Closed circle company, one of the downsides in all small companies, but it is OK, considering the pros overall.

You can have direct contact with anyone in the company.
Cons
For a size of ~16 people and 5 people sitting in the company office it is just unbearable amount of politics. It does seem to be a open company initially but then it takes a while to understand that they are just playing politics. I have seen here how management fools (come on management is 3 folks and people working in company are 2, can you just imagine how bad it is) people who work by this bad cop good cop thing, finally all the "management" does is fool employees one more time.
