      Pros

      Some of the are genuinely friendly and helpful. (Very few).

      Cons

      The majority of the staff are phony, liars, nosey, and lazy ( especially the nurses and donor floor staff) . Management is terrible. ( currently and in the past) . Scheduling sucks. Pay could be better. Other staff decide your fate. If they dont like you, you wont be there long and it has nothing to do with how well you work.

      Pros

      Good base pay, starts at $12/hr. Depending on where in the center you work, you can easily have 30-40 hours a week. Coworkers are great.

      Cons

      Management does not care about their employees, even though they act like they do. Work is repetitive. Work environment can be hostile with very rude donors. Things are only done the right way when an auditor is in the building. Unless you kiss butt, you're not likely to get far.
