Depending on the Center, opportunities to move up are limited. Low wages. Confusing management roles, hard to know who to go to for what. Slow or minimal communication between management and the other employees. Opportunities for advancement are not always shared openly.

You are underpaid for the work you do. There are always new projects here and they are short staffed, so you are expected to do work that is not listed in your job description, with the same pay. Reason is because there aren’t enough people for all the work there is to do and it’s hard for some departments to find qualified people because the pay is so low. Apply for an entry level but don’t plan on staying here long as your growth will be limited
