Pros
Amazing organization where you truly feel you are making a difference in the community and schools. I have never worked with more brilliant or driven colleagues as well. I work with a group of people who are not only brillant but so devoted and focused on the work that we do. I feel so much support from my team, supervisor as well as leadership.
Cons
There are a lot of partnerships and affiliates that we work with so it can be hard to know everyone. Company is working on this by offering more staff get togethers
