Pros

Visionary company with great research team and scalable product. Since its a smallish company, after some time, every research engineer comes to know pretty much everything about the full robotic stack. Its a place to apply many research ideas in the real world.

Cons

- Amount of work is crazy and resources are constrained. - Company has scaled up recently and has a lot of work to do to become a single organism again when it was few people only. - You will not be able to do open ended research that can not be deployed in real world.

Challenging problems with robotic products. High customer demand. Smart co-workers. Potential high growth company.

Cons

Non-stop fires / longish hours. Decent (read: not super) compensation. Management is doing it's best but struggling to navigate market challenges. Will need a steady few years of growth before it can be called a success.
