      Pros

      You will develop good hard skills, specifically with data analysis and coding. People take their work seriously. If you know where to look, there are some good people here.

      Cons

      Culture and support vary drastically by team and management picks favorites. If they like you they'll engage with you and give you more work opportunities. Otherwise, you'll be iced out. I'd recommend choosing either a larger firm for the better benefits/credibility or sticking with a smaller firm that has found its niche. Additionally, the company is not diverse at all.

      Pros

      Pay is good, and if you are in a good group with a good leader, then it is a great place and you get to work on some really amazing projects.

      Cons

      A lot of politics and infighting. There are a lot of BIG egos that moved to BRG with bespoke agreements, so it is tough to understand how groups are performing and what the bonuses are.

      Silod work environment, no chance to collaborate with other MD’s. Be very careful if you receive an offer in TAS.

      Pros

      Can be good for a junior guy to start their career

      Cons

      Sweatshop with way below average comp. the only thing your doing as an associate is doing write up for reports literally explaining what each COGS and OpEx line item represent “direct labor - represents wages paid to field workers” 0 value add skills. The company is siloed into offices and good luck getting any work from other MD’s. Toxic work culture due to MD’s not letting their assoc work with other mds. They dont even analyze the cash flow statement, which is extremely important before buying a company.
