Small working teams and interesting exposure to a variety of case-driven work in complex industries. The analytical work was fairly creative and served as an effective means for furthering skills. Pursuit of professional credentials were encouraged and reimbursed up to a decent amount.

Cons

Unattractive overall compensation and excessive hurdles to advancement. Despite demonstrating capacity for projects at senior levels there was no willingness to fast-track any kind of advancement.

Office is gorgeous, non-financial benefits paid to employees are excellent (Healthcare, office amenities, company outings). It's an office that has an excellent balance between the benefits of a large corporation and a small office.

Cons

The work culture is vert friendly, can be toxic in that associates are obsessed with utilization, or the percent of time they are billable.
