Pros

Loved the people and the work. There was a great culture and a lot of camaraderie and made coming to work not all that dreadful. I enjoy BRG and would definitely recommend it to a friend.

Cons

Sometimes the work can be a little monotonous and time consuming and you can wonder why you get all those fancy degrees to do ______. Despite this drawback, there is a lot of variety and engagements usually aren't too long so no matter how bad a task may seem, it will soon be over.

Pros

Good working culture overall. People are generally positive and enjoy what they do. Firm encourages staff to get out of their comfort zone and develop new skills.

Cons

The firm isn't so much as company as it is a collection of diverse professionals that don't have anything to do with one another. This can create major headaches for support staff and people will fall through the cracks.

Pros

Work life balance is reasonable, though it is really a factor of the managers you work with. The work can be very interesting because the stakes are so high in litigation consulting.

Cons

Not as much data work for a firm that is constantly calculating damages related to disputes. As with any consulting position where you are towards the bottom of the totem poll, you are subject to whatever work trickles down to you. "Scholarly Research"/"E-discovery" (i.e., Google Searching), Reading Deposition, Creating Summary Documents can be very tedious.
