      -Ability to work from home

      Cons

      -Passive aggressive coworkers who will throw you under the bus/take credit for work you have done -No communication -HR has no professionalism or courtesy -Managers won't tell you if you mess up -You work late almost every night and work weekends as well

      Good salary and benefits. Intelligent, competitive environment.

      Cons

      Great company to work for if you are part of the exclusive good ole boys club or a pretty young women. Rules do not apply to all employees. Culture does not appreciate diversity of thought, encourages gossip and leaders do not have the skills to manage clients and teams.

      Horrific management, worse HR

      Pros

      Easy to bond with coworkers with such an awful manager.

      Cons

      Pulled a bait-and-switch with the salary. Offered me an amount lower than their lower limit. Worst manager I’ve ever had. Prevents employees from working and blames them for no speed. Snide comments about employees that clock out on time. Inappropriate sexual comments and obvious racial bias. HR more concerned with protecting managers than resolving problems. They’re happy to create reasons to fire employees to hide discrimination.
