Pros

Interesting variety of ongoing projects

Cons

High turnover rate, which speaks to how little they value their employees. Some people stay for less than a year and then leave because they are fed up or because they get pushed out. Presumably because they don't want to give promotions. Senior management is bad at delegating tasks or giving constructive feedback, but will hold juniors accountable for even minor mistakes.

Toxic Workplace, Ignorant Management

Pros

The compensation is good relative to the rest of the industry. If you're doing well and making the company money, they'll leave you alone and you can pretty much never come into the office.

Cons

The culture is depressingly toxic and management seems to choose to ignore it or even support it. Example: an MD threw a keyboard at his secretary and he's still here -- the secretary isn't. The other comments on here that there is no collegiality are 100% accurate. The administrative functions like marketing, IT, and accounting are also borderline incompetent so expect to do everything yourself.
