Pros

Working environment is good. The lower staff is great.

Cons

As you move up the ladder, the snakes start to come out. Managers have poor behavior and ethics often not giving any thought about those down the rungs. The executive leadership is grasping at straws for hope of better revenue. This place sells its ESOP and open paid leave but it is nothing to hold high, it is a joke. This place is ran on clicks and whoever you become friends with. Be warned, working here will be a huge mistake.

Pros

Outside of upper level management (execs and above) the people are phenomenal. Work life balance is unmatched for the industry. Work environment is good. Overall benefits and compensation are pretty good (pay is on the low side but I think made up for by the work life balance and other compensation considerations) Still maintains smaller company feel even being a little bit bigger

Cons

Upper level management is a disaster at best. Specifically the COO does little to nothing to contribute to company success, rather talks a big game while finding ways to create new positions for his industry friends turning the company into a club of his friends all while none contribute anything to the company. Communication is non-existent and if you aren't in the right "clique" you won't ever know what's going on or move up. Favoritism and nepotism run rampant making advancement unclear and not based on skills. Company is incredibly top heavy (think inverted pyramid) with more C-suite or executives than you can shake a stick at, and new positions constantly being created for upper level management all at the expense of the "worker bees" who get laid off or let go to accommodate paying more senior people. Constant reshuffling of org structure to accommodate the ever shifting "vision" that amount to nothing more than chasing the newest trend. Company vision is beyond unclear other than execs lining their pockets at the expense of both those below them and they company as a whole. Overall the company used to be great, unfortunately a few rotten people in key leadership positions have, and will continue to drive the company into the ground.
