Pros

Investors in people platinum a company that did really believe in developing people and giving opportunities to this end.

Cons

Very few, only ones that jump to mind is sometimes the rigidity of the parent company and occasionally running the operations and sales and marketing side as two different companies could give conflicting KPI's.

Free filters every few months and nice people

Cons

Too much pressure from management who constantly change their mind depending on what Germany want. Meetings for meetings sake. Long boring presentations on teams that you’re expected to sit through. Rubbish products. Office support is bad. Service team don’t care.
