      +Talented, innovative people that are smart and fun to work with. +Good salary, benefits and bonus structure. +Quarterly employee meetings focus on transparency, business development news and company health. +Incredible opportunities for self-starters. +Management team easily accessable - open door policy.

      -As a small company, BRMi needs internal infrastructure to keep pace with its growth. -Sometimes resources are stretched thin.

      Pros

      smart people, team oriented, growing successfully, values input from all levels, respected by client, open communication, provides individual growth opportunity, work life balance, talented leadership, willing to take calculated risk to grow in the industry and to provide new opportunities for an individual.

      Cons

      BRMi is a small company so it is still putting infrastructure in place. Everything is not clearly defined and continues to evolve which sometimes is very exciting to help define the company but sometimes can be frustrating.
