Pros

- Exceptional talent at all levels of the company with diverse backgrounds and experiences - Lots of room for growth for those who are willing to work hard - Excellent opportunities for external training and certifications - As a young company that is continuing to grow, lots of opportunity to help shape BRMi internally - Significantly less internal politics that I've experienced at larger firms

Cons

- As with most consulting firms, easy to get stuck in a silo based on your project assignment

Pros

BRMi's entrepreneurial spirit encourages employees to create their own mark on the company and ultimately drive individual growth. I left a larger firm to work with BRMi and have worked here for over two years. BRMi rewards successful and dedicated employees. Jr. consultants have the ability to work side-by-side with VPs, EVPs and even the President to solve both internal and external, client problems.

Cons

BRMi is a small company with about 60 people. There are growing pains associated with working in a small company (lack of consistent policies, templates, internal programs) but employees are encouraged to help build out company policies, programs, white papers - to name a few - so if you are willing to give time outside of client work to support these efforts you truly can help shape the company.
