      - Great learning environment - Industry leading design talent studio - Good flexibility in work schedule - Huge amount of accessible ressources to create and develop - Enthusiastic and passionate people to work with

      Cons

      - Lot of work that often time leads to multiple non-paid extra hours... - Amazing studio that is located in the middle of nowhere, which means lot of driving, lot of gas spending. - Huge and complexe company that can make it scary for junior designers to integrate... - Take some time to get use to the working pace.

      Pros

      The product brands are terrific and BRP is intently focused on making high quality and enjoyable products. The people here are really very nice to work with - and it is growing well for a manufacturer. Terrific innovation is coming with electric vehicles. They are investing in innovation to support growth. I feel the future is bright for BRP. Formal and structured environment but not overdone with bureaucracy.

      Cons

      With so many initiatives, relative and coordinated prioritization is a challenge, so there can be many competing priorities. Project processes are solid, but not best in class you might experience at other companies (agile is relatively newly applied). There is a lower attention on coaching and career development, so best to be more an independent type of person in this regard - aka a self-starter.
