      Pros

      Smart people, hardworking teams, good bonus when you receive one. Cool products and nice employee discount.

      Cons

      Silos internally which affect the brand and reputation of the brand. Promotions should be monitored within departments. Employees shouldn’t have to find new employment to finally be up for a promotion. Customer service and service for current customers could be highly improved with a change in cultural beliefs. The service department doesn’t get the respect or have the ease of support that other departments get. Priority is set on new production and not on service which supports current customers.
