      Pros

      Excellent work place environment. Fast paced, clean, and orderly. Fellow employees are friendly and helpful. The daily schedule is clearly indicated and expectations are clearly laid out.

      Cons

      Very loud work environment. Safety glasses, ear plugs, and steel toe boots are all required. Not a very social work place. Too loud to have conversation while you work. Very solitary.

      Very good company, horizontally oriented. The managers let us take decisions based on our experience and judgement.

      Cons

      It's a business more vulnerable to external factors: economics, etc. With strong competition around the world.
