      The pay & insurance are great and highly competitive. High-tech office.

      Cons

      Highly competitive & selfish environment where almost everyone is willing to through their colleagues under the bus. Obvious lack of transparency in the higher management, top-down type of leadership. For employees who like to be told what to do without having the chance to express themselves or share their knowledge. Yes-people kind of mindset. This business will be oppressive for any outside-of-the-box thinkers, team players & genuine people.

      Pros

      Lots of flexibility, depending on department you may get a hybrid schedule of remote and in office work.

      Cons

      Higher leadership does not understand what the lower level employees have to create their own process since there isn't a standard set.
