Disjointed organization; infighting and poor business development has stunted its growth

Flexible schedules. Talented architects & designers. Frequent company events and training sessions.

Cons

Absentee managers play favorites, ignore infighting, and are disengaged from what's happening in their groups. Poor communication & knowledge sharing between offices. Inefficient processes that waste time hunting information that should be easy to find. Time & resources wasted because business development is ad hoc with no structured process or capture management to properly qualify opportunities. No recognition of employees for completing projects on time or putting in extra time and effort to improve processes. Spend too much on daily catered food for multiple daily meetings and not enough on streamlining long standing problems.

1. My supervisor was always flexible with my schedule because I always get my work done. 2. The group I work with got to know each other well & coordinations were smooth.

Cons

1. Management did what they want. 2. Management did not show recognition when employee go above & beyond to complete projects on time.

Good work life balance, coworkers were nice, got to do some proposal work

Cons

They tend to forget about people who aren't in the main office. They keep saying they will let you try new areas but once they find what you're good at you are stuck there. Doesn't feel like you have much chance for growth if you aren't in the main office.
