There are amazing coworkers and friends to make in the company Managers are well experienced and knowledgable in their areas of expertise There are many benefits provided by the company from virtual wellness days to discussing diversity in the workplace Health plan is amazing as well as amount of PTO days.
Cons
Pay is underwhelming, with the increase in cost of living the pay is subpar compared to competitors Upper management has poor leadership during COVID-19 pandemic. Lack of explanation regarding steps taken to keep employees safe and preventing any covid cases. With the rise of the delta variant, various companies shut down their plans of returning to the office - BSI did not and allowed employees back into the office with little enforcement of masks or proof of vaccinations. There was a covid case in the office - leadership did not step up and apologize for the rushed return to the office or risking employees health over COVID regardless of vaccination status. Promotions are non-existent in this company. There isn't much vertical growth. Better to learn as much as possible and move to another company.
