Working from home is convenient and comfortable.

Cons

Management is terrible — disorganized, unprofessional, and constantly changing direction. Frequent layoffs create zero job security. Your role, hours, and responsibilities can change overnight without notice. What you’re hired for is rarely what you end up doing. No stability, no communication, and no real leadership.
