      Pros

      BSI offers great benefits such as 4 weeks holiday/vacation. LMS for self pace learning including Microsoft Word, Excel etc. at beginners to Intermediate. Growth dependent on your work ethics and ambition. Experience and knowledge in Standards. Nice work environment, with a variety of culture.

      Cons

      Depending on your position you may carry a huge work load. There is not enough team building or Company bonding activities.

      They pay employees in a timely fashion, and have good benefits

      Cons

      They are so confused about everything. Even people who have worked there for 20 years seem baffled by the fact that they keep staying in business. All the divisions work separately and nobody seems to be able to make coordinated efforts.

      AMAZING benefits, gives younger, out of college people a chance in the corporate world or those wanting to get into the corporate world They do teach and give you many skills that you can take anywhere in the job world.

      Cons

      Unfriendly people Poor uppermanagement Harassment is prevalent everyday BSI will fire you for any reason They focus more on money than on employees or customer expectation Plans for the future are rough
