      Pros

      BSI provide good opportunities for personal development and, if you strive to perform they always look after you. Salaries are fair and senior management are people oriented.

      Cons

      Silos - the organisation still works in silos despite their efforts to remove them. Interaction and support across departments is hard to achieve and too many barriers are put in place.

      Pros

      In the 6 months and ongoing that I have worked here, I have been equally well supported by colleagues as I have management. The morale in the HR department is excellent and this has enabled me to learn my role feeling that I can ask questions from any member of the team. We have had a very busy time and the recruitment drive has been phenomenal but working in a well managed and supported department has been critical in attracting great talent to the business.
