Pros

Everything depends on how fast you can learn.

Cons

Compensation a little under the market Only 4 weeks of PTO Feels like you are just a number All the higher ups get the benefits and compensation for all the hard work the other people do.

Pros

Very positive atmosphere with great support from management. Onboarding & training are organized and set at a very reasonable pace. Employees are encouraged to take PTO and maintain a good work-life balance. No one seems to be expected to work late/overtime/weekends; Management is VERY responsive to feedback on workloads. Benefits: Good health insurance w/ options for additional insurance for life, D&D, and legal costs, etc (even discounted pet insurance!). PTO is good, the week between Christmas and NYE is already given off.

Cons

Minor item; Hours tracking is very detailed and can be a hassle sometimes.

Pros

This company cares about its employees. They provide training and guidance. In this position, you can grow upward or move laterally. If you want to move up in your career or even if you find another position more dear to your heart, there is growth people!! The work is challenging, you are never bored, and the compensation is impressive. Even during COVID-19, the company never had layoffs and put employees health first. Don't walk, run to this company!

Cons

The work is either remote or you travel to client sites. A person has to be organized and able to work independently to manage planning audits, conducting audits, and writing reports.
