Pros

Extensive PTO ( 25 days), good benefits, good experience for entry level.

Cons

No vision, communication is horrible, organization doesn't seem to want to help sales people, no accountability, negative management and employees that should have retired years ago.

Pros

The benefits and time-off at BSI are generous and welcome. Office culture lacks a real spirit, but many friendly and genuine employees make the time fly.

Cons

Total lack of leadership by CEO who is never in the office. He does not lead by example or even inspire any team spirit from his unfriendly, uncaring and pale personality.

Thank you for taking the time to provide feedback to BSI. We are glad that you appreciate the value of our benefits program. BSI seeks to provide benefits that are competitive within the market and the current BSIs benefits package is rated as above average based on available peer data by Mercer, one of the largest and most credible brokerage firms globally. BSI management is encouraged to constructively challenge complacency and the ‘way things are usually done’. Management is asked to make suggestions for improvement and we appreciate your suggestion about more 1:1 interaction between management and staff. BSI also conducts quarterly “all hands” meetings which offer the opportunity for employees to ask questions and learn more about the strategic direction and progress of the business. BSI continues to seek input from employee so that we can continue to evolve with the ever changing work environment.
