Pros

- 4-weeks of vacation - Work remotely with 50% + travel across several states - Company has over 100+ years as a key player in the Notified Body Industry

Cons

- Unethical Senior Management practices - Lack of interest and resources for personnel development - Little value in building employee engagement with Account Managers to grow in their roles - Low reimbursement for mileage, Per Diem is not in alignment with cost of traveling in higher COLA cities when conducting business. - All expenses are paid out of pocket and too often not fully reimbursed for travel expenses

Pros

free car park, good building, niche market

Cons

to survive you need to be a Manager's pet. It is no important what you do, just run around the Managers and keep magnifying them. No respect or value for employees. Don't get fooled with fancy slogans
