      Here is a culture of Manager's favourites...doesn't matter what you contribute just keep the Manager happy and you get best of everything rest have to do the donkey job

      Benefits are better than most - that's it

      Cons

      Say they work flexibly, but they do not. They are rigid in their outlook and behind the times big time! The experienced people their are institutionalised and very unfriendly. A political minefield to work in where some managers ego's are so large that they get in the way of the business and x-organisational relationships. Have also witnessed a "bully-boy" culture there by the managers. Not good....... TERRIBLE PLACE TO WORK!

      Pros

      Good people to work with and for. Very supportive.

      Cons

      Has a somewhat flat organizational structure. Moving "up" is limited; lateral moves, developmental opportunities commmon. Good way to develop breadth as well as depth.
