      Pros

      Great building, free car park, work environment is great, plenty of desk space. Salaries are competitive, external training given if required.

      Cons

      Most of the time you don't know what other departments are doing, i.e. there could be a role in a new department but you may never find out about it

      Pros

      A very good team-focussed working environment, coupled with impressive benefits and higher-than-average pay. Their Milton Keynes HQ is a very nice place to work with impressive facilities.

      Cons

      BSi is hampered by it's own internal procedures and processes that make doing your job sometimes very, very difficult. Work output is also very heavily monitored and the review / improvement process is also extremely overbearing and sometimes unnecessary.

      Pros

      Management listens, supports and encourages. Positive career opportunities with excellent training available. I have worked for the company in two terms, initially for 6 years and returned after 14 months way - the decision to return was not a difficult one having enjoyed my first term so much.

      Cons

      Working time that is very closely monitored ( this should, however, be regarded as a positive!) Very busy role that requires good personal planning and organisation. I must say that these cons are far outweighed by the pros.
