The people, the different offerings and project types, the flexible work schedule.

Cons

They don’t train junior level staff enough before they send them out to clients. They say there is opportunity to explore new areas/industries/service offerings but make it extremely difficult to be a part of them. Poor communication. Lack of camaraderie. It’s very clicky with the higher ups… and I’ve seen and heard of major favoritism taking place.
