Pros
Management focuses on employee satisfaction and growth. There are many internal training classes to improve both technical skills and softer skills (like self growth and where you want to take your career). Co workers are all friendly and actively want to help. Hybrid work schedule: 2 days in-office, 3 days at-home. But the office is new and quite nice, so I don't mind going in more often. The company has also proven that they can whether the storm when a business curveball hits and not have to fire people due to tight budgets.
Cons
The company has been growing rapidly recently (a good thing!) but that means there's been some layers of management that have needed to be added on in order to keep everything running smoothly and it gives the feeling of bureaucracy-shock. Though I'm sure it'll cool down and be back to great within a year.
