      Pros

      This is an organization that truly cares about developing its own team while actively achieving group goals. The company is very dynamic and moves at rapid speed, however you find learnings at every turn you take.

      Cons

      They expect top performance from all their teams and require high levels of mutual efforts and collaborative work. this is not a con as much as a heads up, you need to be diverse in your approaches when dealing with different stakeholders and emotionally intelligent.
