The work is really interesting. You will learn a lot and there are plenty of opportunities to progress if you are fresh out of Uni. Expect career progression to be fairly rapid up to and including senior consultant - things will slow down a bit after that unless you are into sales and/or account management. The culture at BTS is amazing and you will make lifelong friends.

Cons

Work-life balance: you are going to spend a lot of time in hotels, conference suites and on the road, travelling. Your future colleagues will probably become some of your closest friends but expect to see a lot of them :)
