      Pros

      Best workplace culture ever. The Leadership here is amazing. Brilliant, strategic, they genuinely care about all their employees at all levels. The content we provide to our clients is top notch. We care deeply about providing our clients the tools they need to reach their business objectives and make the world a better place.

      Cons

      We haven’t been in the office due to Covid, but the HR team, office managers and several of our colleagues still do what they can to get us all chatting and interacting with one another. I miss people! Lol.

      Pros

      lots of freedom to work when/ how you want. lots of responsibility given to individuals early on in careers consistently interesting and exciting projects tons of opportunity for personal growth.

      Cons

      I'm pretty consistently overworked/ spreading myself very thin. Some weeks I'm working 60 hours and its not like my salary really gets to reflect that. since the pandemic started work/life balance has gotten much worse, and I feel like we have been understaffed for a while. To solve that, we just pushed more and more work onto consultants.

      -Fantastic culture -Fun and challenging projects with Global 500 companies -Senior Leaders are highly values-based and care about people -Smart, humble, and fun colleagues -Innovative solutions that help customers achieve business results -Entrepreneurial and flexible, not bureaucratic

      Cons

      I have worked for BTS for 10 years and have been very satisfied. This may sound "pollyanna-ish" but compared to most companies, especially consulting companies, there aren't many cons. As with many companies, people need to take control of their own personal and career development, but more systemic plans are being put in place to help with this.
