The company does not bring in fresh faces. When there is an issue, the answer seems to be to restructure and move people around which doesn't solve anything. The company is also always buying smaller companies and then in order to do so, laying off good employees. Since the same people are at the top, nothing ever changes and creatively the company gets stuck in a rut. Bonuses are arbitrary and getting promoted requires jumping through far too many hoops.

Work/Life balance can be a serious issue at this company. They say they recognize teams over people, but all raises and bonuses are based on individual performances not team. They value sales and profits over everything else. Employee loyalty means nothing to them.
