      Pros

      Awesome people, a lot of autonomy, ability to learn about different companies/industries, great travel opportunities, snacks in the kitchen (always a plus), room for growth, opportunities above your title, and the management is great, and it's FUN! Best job I've had so far.

      Cons

      Work life balance can be overwhelming at times. Be ready for a lot of travel and some long hours (as with most consulting jobs).

      name recognition of big clients, creative and meaningful work, smart colleagues, generous benefits

      Cons

      short-sighted management want to boost profits each quarter and are too jumpy, don't seem able to plan long term or build for the future, so decisions are not always thought through well and the organization suffers
