Good, smart people who do their absolute best in serving the client. Good work/life balance.

Cons

Firm has not integrated acquisitions that were made seven years ago. The New York office lacks strong leadership. Put an end to the "fiefdoms" in the office. Stop the bleeding in revenues as well as turnover.

Entrepreneurial spirit, flexible and allowed to self develop. Strong culture focused on people and the Swedish mentality of a flat structure organisationally is pushed through, especially in Europe. Quality of people are truly great to work with and each person feels valued and feels they can make an impact on the client. Some clients are really interesting and it really has a huge impact on your personal development to see how much of a difference on a client

Cons

No person in BTS can accurately define what BTS does. Is it a training company? Is it a strategic consultancy? Neither would be a conclusion. It allows BTS to tailor their USP according to the new prospect they are facing but it leads to confusion within the organisation and with the client. Feedback culture is great however there is sometimes too much of it The organisation is going through a change in Europe however management have not communicated effectively on this.
