-Culture is the best. -Triennual international conference. -Annual conference -Rocking parties. -Work from home and timely salary. -You get more exposure in terms of speaking to clients and requirement gathering.

Cons

- You will get every work other than development here. - Most of the work would be copy pasting if you are in production team. -No learning scope -You have to work on a platform which is used only in BTS. -Good amount of politics. -Project managers are not technically sound.

Fast learning, fast paced, dynamic international environment, senior exposure to both internal and external stakeholders, varied industry exposure and chance to experience variety of solutions.

Cons

Poor people management and resource management, no real structure or processes to improve operational efficiency, poor work/life balance as a result, can have periods of extreme stress, extremely high number of global travel days with very little downtime for recovery. 3-4 year career ceiling for most people.
