Atmosphere, people, independent focus on client work, you manage yourself, Travel, excitement of new clients and work they bring.

Cons

Low pay, ensure costs are as low as possible while not enforming clients, closed mindedness, high expectations - with little support, the priorities of internal politics over client focus. Work hard & focus on clients and you will NOT be promoted. Focus on internal politics to be noticed and you will go far.

Working at BTS is amazing. You get to work with top-notch professionals, you work for Fortune 500 companies in interesting projects that support their business, and the best of all is that meanwhile you have fun and enjoy. The best thing about BTS is its culture and its people.

Cons

Consulting implications: demanding time commitment, sales pressure, and sometimes sacrificing work-life balance. Salaries are not so competitive in comparison to other consulting firms.
